  • Death Knights start the game in a special zone — Death Knights Base — where they complete newbie quests for levels 1-20 and then continue their development;

  • After completing the 3d Class Transfer all Death Knights receive an item — Spellbook: Mount Warhorse — that allows to learn a mounting skill.

 New skills for the Death Knight class have been added.

  • Death Knights require special points to use some skills - Death Points (DP);

  • A special visual effect is applied to a Death Knight character when they have Death Points;

  • Death Points bar (in purple color) is located in the Character Status box under the Mana Points bar;

  • Death Points are earned through attack and basic skills usage;

  • Death Points maximum number depends on the character’s level;

  • When a Death Knight kills a character the special visual effect of a sword is applied to the dead character. That means a Drain Soul skill can be used on this character;

  • The Drain Soul skill is available after the 2nd Class Transfer. The skill randomly increases Death Knight’s stats for a while (P. Atk. / M. Atk., P. Def. / M. Def.).

  • Death Knights’ special skills differ among races and vary depending on the reached level;

  • When using skills there is a chance that enhanced skills might work.

  • Grand Masters located inside the zones give the “Transcendent Blessing” buff, which turns the key attacking skill of a class into a mass skill dealing damage on several targets within the range. Such skills are displayed in a yellow frame (like the frame showing the attribute of Earth);

  • After 10 minutes of staying in a Transcendent Instance Zone a character will leave it automatically;

  • If a character dies in a Transcendent Hunting Zone, there’s no death penalty of reduced XP;

  • If a character died in a Transcendent Instance Zone and left it, they can re-enter it within 3 minutes;

  • Monsters start to appear in the zone only after a player has talked to a buff-giving NPC;

  • Once a player has left a Transcendent Instance Zone, the player can see a report showing the XP, adena and items the player has gained.

Changed Hunting Zones

Primeval Isle

  • Once per hour in both parts of Primeval Isle (Primeval Plains and Lost Nest) a special monster appears called Golden Pig;

  • The monster appears at random in one of the three points of each part of the zone not far from the teleportation point;

  • When a player hits a Golden Pig, there’s a chance to get Golden Pig’s Leaf;

  • A player can get various rewards depending on the place where Golden Pig’s appeared:

  • New zones have been added where the characters of the Death Knight class are to evolve: Death Knight Base, The First Training Grounds, The Second Training Grounds;

  • All monsters on Devil’s Isle now come to help their kin;

  • All monsters in the following hunting zones: Dragon Valley, Silent Valley, War-Torn Plains are vulnerable to melee weapon;

  • The Creature of the Past monster from Silent Valley now attacks first;

  • The Soldier of Ancient Times monster from Silent Valley doesn't use stun anymore;

  • The Mutated Creation monster from Silent Valley doesn't use the skill reducing P. Atk.;

  • Battle stats of monsters and the rewards have been changed in the following hunting zones: Cemetery, Plains of Glory, Fields of Massacre, War-Torn Plains, Silent Valley, Dragon Valley, Tower of Insolence, Heavenly Rift, Primeval Isle; the amount of gained XP has also been increased in some zones;

  • The characters don’t get the “Seeker” buff in the Tower of Insolence anymore;

  • Such monsters as the Platinum Tribe Guardian Warrior and Platinum Tribe Elite Soldier located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Tower of Insolence attack first;

  • The amount of XP obtained for defeating monsters on the 2nd floor of the Tower of Insolence has been changed;

  • The amount of monsters has been changed in the following zones: starting zones (below level 20), Cemetery, Sea of Spores, Death Pass, Gorgon Flower Garden, Abandoned Camp, Ruins of Agony;

  • The time of monsters’ respawn has been reduced in the following zones: starting zones (below level 20), Abandoned Camp, Cemetery, Gorgon Flower Garden, Ruins of Agony, Fields of Massacre, Death Pass, Sea of Spores, Plains of Glory;

  • The following zones have been removed with all monsters and NPCs: Forge of the Gods, Wall of Argos, Land of Winds, Garden of Eva;

  • The time before dead monsters level 66 and below disappear has been reduced;

  • Bow resistance of monsters on Primeval Isle has been reduced;

  • The amount of monsters in such zones as Fields of Massacre, Plains of Glory has been increased;

  • 20 minutes after the battle starting NPC Flag Keeper Greg appears, he needs to be defeated to get the flag;

  • There can be no more than 3 active flags. As soon as 3 flags are obtained, the new NPC Flag Keeper Greg doesn't appear;

  • If one of the flags is lost (the character wielding a flag is dead, or the skill allowing to raise the flag from a distance fails) – the new NPC Flag Keeper Greg appears to replenish the amount of flags to 3;

  • The character who’s obtained a flag cannot attack or use attacking skills, and in the skill window such character gets the special skills of placing a flag and placing it from a distance;

  • If a character manages to successfully use such skills on the Flagpole inside the Fortress, their clan wins the battle;

  • The skill of placing a flag from a distance can be used, however, the chances of failure are high;

  • A character wielding a flag has the Flag Power skill in their skills window which corresponds to their class; depending on the class, the skill casts a certain debuff on the surrounding enemies: Hold, Sleep, etc.

  • NPC Logistics Officer in the fortress sells to fortress owner such items as Spirit Ore, Soulshots, Blessed Spiritshot, non-transferable enchant scroll for weapon and armor (grades D, C, B), Scroll of Escape: Fortress;

  • The place where a character revives / comes back from the battlefield is a peaceful zone.

  • The functions of enrollment for the siege/ castle defence and recruiting mercenaries / recruiting as a mercenary are available via the siege information window, which can be opened by clicking the siege icon which appears during preparation for the siege;

  • A player can use the siege information window to teleport for 50, 000 adena to the left/ central/ right part of the Goddard Castle;

Goddard Castle has the following features:

The entrance to Seal Hall is divided into the upper and the lower; there are also the right and the left seal halls of the Goddard castle.

Compared to the Castle of Giran, the relic in the Goddard castle is not very tough.

The character who’s applied as a mercenary at the side of those who take vengeance for the siege can take part in both sieges, for Giran and for Goddard.

  • The info about the Goddard castle siege is displayed in the castle info interface as well;

  • Fixed the bug causing mercenary’s name to display in brown for other characters, if a disapproved character joined; now players see the names of their characters in brown, and other characters see those names in white;

  • Now the clan leader trying to put a seal during the time after the mid-victory will see a system message;

  • Now a player can take part in sieges as a mercenary from level 40.

Taxes

The system of taxes has been changed.

  • Now taxes are defined by adding the tax of two castles to the price of an item;

  • Now the max. tax in the castles of Goddard and Giran is 10%;

  • A player can check the tax in the dialogue with a trader NPC;

  • Taxes are applied to all NPCs;

  • The tax rate in the shops is replaced with the tax rate of the Goddard castle.

  • When the team matches are held, click the “Team Match” button in the general menu to apply;

  • When the system ends team searching characters will be teleported to arenas in 10 seconds. After that players have 30 seconds to prepare;

  • NPC Team Match Manager Jaban is located in the center of an arena. Talk to Jaban to randomly get one of four Jaban’s Blessing of Protection;

  • The lower the participant’s level is, the more likely they are to get the improved Jaban’s Blessing of Protection;

  • The buffs’ effects corresponds to those of Combat Scroll and Battle Scroll;

  • When leaving an arena Jaban’s Blessing of Protection is removed;

  • The match ends when all 3 members from one of the teams die or when the allotted time ends;

  • If the match ends when the time is over then the team in which more participants survived wins. If the same number of players remains in both teams, wins the team that caused the most damage to the opponents.

  • An issue when the effect of the non exchangeable B-grade armor equipped set was not applied is fixed;

  • An issue when some non exchangeable sealed weapon/armor could be crystallized is fixed;

  • An issue when it was it was impossible to enchant non exchangeable sealed B-grade weapon;

  • An issue when P./M. Atk for sealed A-grade weapon was indicated lower that it is for exchangeable analogues.
